The law firm was founded in the late 1940's by Larry Mattson. In 1954, he formed a partnership with Donald Olson. Attorney Mattson retired to Florida in 1959 while Attorney Olson passed on in 1976. Stephen D. Willett purchased the practice from Mr. Olson's estate. The firm has steadily expanded in its areas of practice, expertise, and personnel.
